专业方向杂志投稿不顺利，怎么办？综合期刊不妨一试。

iScience is an open access journal from Cell Press that provides a platform for original research in the life, physical, and earth sciences.
iScience是Cell Press出版社旗下的一本综合性期刊，主要收录生命科学，物理，地球科学方向的文章。

iScience杂志主要收录以上四种类型，有大众熟知的Article和Reviews，另外两种类型杂志官网也有详细的介绍，如果想了解更多，大家可以通过官网https://www.cell.com/iscience/article-types查看。
Initial decision to review, 1–3 days after submission; Decision after review, 3–4 weeks after submission; Time suggested for revision, 1–3 months.
根据iScience官网公布的信息来看，该杂志是单月刊，投稿到修回的时间在1-3个月，审稿速度还是可以接受的。
2019年影响因子：4.447，2020年影响因子5.458，2021年最新影响因子6.107，可以看到近三年成逐年递增趋势 （图1）。
iScience的自引率近两年一直维持在2%左右，目前来看，不用担心有风险（图2）。
Web of science 对近三年在iScience期刊发文的国家进行了统计，美国位于发文首位，国内学者紧跟其后，对国人还是非常友好的（图3）。
iScience期刊对国人比较友好，近三年每年影响因子成递增趋势，自引率不高，又是收录范围比较广的综合杂志，审稿速度也不慢，整体来说还是很值得尝试的。

该杂志基本收录所有常见类型文稿，包括不太好找杂志的Case reports和Protocols类型，而且该杂志稿约对于case report类型没有字数限制。

该杂志是季刊，但是从近期接受的文章来看，审稿速度不算慢。
该杂志是去年被SCI收录的，目前才有一年的影响因子，影响因子接近4分，相对SCI新收录的杂志来说还是非常有实力的（图4）。
Heliyon 2021-2022年度的自引率为2.9%，目前自引率不高，风险不大（图5）。
Web of science 对近三年在Heliyon期刊发文的国家进行了统计，中国排名第7，对国人还是比较友好的（图6）。
Heliyon期刊对国人比较友好，自引率不高，收稿范围广和收稿类型全。虽然是季刊，审稿速度不算慢，整体来说该杂志也是一个不错的选择。

International Journal of Medical Sciences杂志是双月刊，官网公布的收到稿件到接受的周期在2-4个月，相对而言审稿速度还是比较快的。
2021年度影响因子较2020年公布的影响因子降低，但是幅度不大（图7）。
近几年的自引率呈下降趋势，2021-2022年度自引率是1.9%，目前来看，风险系数不大（图8）。
Web of science 对近三年在International Journal of Medical Sciences期刊发文的国家进行了统计， 我们可以看到中国发文位于首位，对国人还是非常友好的（图9）。
综合考虑审稿速度，收稿范围，国人友好程度和自引情况，International Journal of Medical Sciences还是很值得尝试的。

我们可以看到该杂志基本收录所有常见类型文稿，包括不太好找杂志的Case reports类型，收录case的具体字数要求Case reports should be no more than 1,000 words and include no more than 20 references，如果您想了解更多，可以通过稿约网址https://journals.sagepub.com/author-instructions/SCI?查看。
官网公布是季刊，没有找到详细的审稿时间，根据美捷登经验来看初审是2-3个月，二审1个月左右，审稿速度不算慢。
从近五年的影响因子趋势来看，影响因子比较稳定，在2分左右浮动，今年的影响因子是1.512（图10）。
2017-2018年度杂志的自引率还比较高，近几年自引率呈下降趋势，2021-2022年度的自引率在4.6%，相对来说风险不大（图11）。

SCIENCE PROGRESS期刊对国人比较友好，近年影响因子比较稳定，自引率不高，收录范围比较广，审稿速度也不慢，整体来说还是很值得尝试的。

Annals of Medicine is an online, open access, international journal publishing across all areas of medicine and is part of our Elevate Series.
可以看到，Annals of Medicine收录所有医学相关领域。

Annals of Medicine基本收录所有文稿类型，不收单个case，但是收录5个以上的Case Series。

官网公布的一审速度是22天，还是相当快的。
可以看到近5年的影响因子呈上升趋势，2017-2018年度，2018-2019年度，2019-2020年度影响因子是3分，2020-2021年度4.709分，2021-2022年度5.348分（图13）。
2021-2022年度自引率是0.6%，自引率不高（图14）。
Web of Science 对近三年在Annals of Medicine期刊发文的国家进行了统计，我们可以看到中国发文仅次于葡萄牙，对国人还是非常友好的（图15）。
总结下来，不论是对国人友好程度，自引率，还是审稿速度，收稿范围，Annals of Medicine都是一个不错的选择，如果您没有选择到合适的杂志不妨试试。

Papers on all internal medicine subspecialties are invited. Please note, submissions considered outside of the scope of the AJMS, for example articles focused on a pediatric cohorts, basic science studies that are descriptive in nature and/or use a single cell line for study without significant translational application, or articles describing radiographic or other specialized procedures/techniques that are not expansive to a wider general medicine audience will not be considered for publication. Clinical studies that include a very small cohort of patients or that address a very regional problem not relevant to our wider audience will not be given high priority.
我们可以看到AMERICAN JOURNAL OF THE MEDICAL SCIENCES杂志在收录领域还是有些限制，但是可以看出来临床和基础的文稿该杂志都是考虑的。

近5年的影响因子呈上升趋势，2021-2022年度影响因子突破了3分（图16）。
2021-2022年度公布的自引率为1.2%，自引方面的风险不大（图17）。
Web of Science 对近三年在AMERICAN JOURNAL OF THE MEDICAL SCIENCES期刊发文的国家进行了统计，我们可以看到中国发文仅次于美国，对国人还是非常友好的（图18）。
AMERICAN JOURNAL OF THE MEDICAL SCIENCES期刊对国人比较友好，近年影响因子呈上升趋势，自引率不高，收录基础和临床的文章，审稿速度也不慢，整体来说还是很值得尝试的。
